About Nancy

Nancy Braun is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Showcase Realty, LLC, a certified Women Owned Business (WBENC) and has been an expert in the industry in NC and SC for the past 15 years. She is a graduate of Cornell University and SUNY Buffalo School of Law, and continues to participate in nationwide conferences to expand her knowledge and maintain relationships with hundreds of brokers and asset managers throughout the US. She also shares this experience and expertise with her fellow real estate professionals through monthly training workshops and webinars. Since starting Showcase Realty in 2008, Nancy has opened 3 offices, covers 286 zip codes and has been awarded by several recognized organizations. Nancy’s team uses top-notch systems and efficient processes to accurately serve our high volume of assets.
